(Yusuf Ali, the main missionary translation renders this in the indefinite as ‘a son’, whereas Pickthall, Shakir, etc. translate correctly as ‘the son.’ See a comparison of various translations.)
This is factually impossible. The strictly monotheistic Jews would never accept that Ezra is the son of God. Moreover, we have no information about any Jewish sect that ever claimed that.
