IRON
The Iron, Arabic: al-Hadid, is mentioned in the Qur'an in these verses: 17:50; 18:96; 22:21; 34:10; 57:25.
By far the most important one is Sura al-Hadid 57:25.
This verse is the basis of one of the most prominent scientific miracles claimed for the Qur'an.
On 9 November 2009, a Google search for the phrase "miracle of iron" resulted in about 1,640,000 pages! Even if some of these are not Muslim webpages, there seem to be more than a million Muslim webpages where this miracle claim is advocated.
