100+ problems with Islam and the Quran

This page looks at the history and the books of Islam to find many problems in the Quran and the Hadith.

1

The Empty Tomb

Muhammad is dead; Jesus is alive.

The Proof:

The final problem: Muhammad lies in a grave in Medina. Jesus rose from the dead and is alive. A living Savior can save; a dead prophet cannot. "Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to plead for them" (Hebrews 7:25). If Christ is not raised, faith is useless (1 Corinthians 15:14).

2

Dilemma of Inspection

If the Bible is corrupt, the Quran confirms a corrupt book (5:47).

The Proof:

The Quran tells Christians to judge by the Gospel. If the Gospel was corrupt in the 7th century, God commanded them to judge by a fake book. If it wasn't corrupt then, it contradicts Islam (Trinity, Crucifixion) now.

3

The Sheep Incident

Sunan Ibn Majah 1944 records Aisha stating that verses regarding "stoning" and "adult breastfeeding" were revealed and written on a sheet under her bed. A tame sheep ate them.

The Proof:

The Hadith in Sunan Ibn Majah 1944 and Musnad Ahmad 26349 is quite explicit. Aisha narrated: "The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were busy with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it."

This challenges the claim that the Quran has never changed. Contrast this with the Bible's promise: Isaiah 40:8 "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever."

4

Uthman's Burning of Qurans

Caliph Uthman ordered the burning of all rival Quran manuscripts because differences in recitation were causing conflicts.

The Proof:

According to Sahih Bukhari 4987, Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman urged Uthman to "save this nation before they differ about the Book." Uthman chose one version of the text (Quraysh dialect) and burned the other copies, including the codices of Ibn Masud and Ubayy bin Ka'b. If all copies were identical, burning them would be unnecessary. This political standardization destroyed evidence of early textual variation.

5

The Satanic Verses

Early biographers record that Muhammad recited verses praising pagan idols, later claiming Satan had cast them into his tongue.

The Proof:

Recorded by Al-Tabari and Ibn Ishaq: Muhammad recited Surah 53 and added verses praising idols ("high-flying cranes"). Later he retracted them, claiming Satanic interference.

Surah 22:52 alludes to this ("Evil One threw a suggestion"). Contrast this with God's nature in 1 John 1:5 ("God is light; in him there is no darkness at all").

6

Missing Verse on Stoning

Umar ibn al-Khattab stated a verse regarding Stoning was in the Book of Allah, but it is gone from the text today.

The Proof:

In Sahih Bukhari 6830, Umar preached: "...among what Allah revealed, was the Verse of the Rajm... We did recite this Verse... I am afraid that... people may say, 'We do not find the Verse of the Rajm in Allah's Book'."

A verse revealed by God is missing, yet the law (stoning) is applied. This is a clear textual gap.

7

Abrogation

Surah 2:106 allows God to cancel verses. Peaceful verses are cancelled by violent ones.

The Proof:

Surah 2:106 allows "better" verses to replace old ones. The "Sword Verse" (9:5) cancels ~100 peaceful Meccan verses. God claiming to change His mind is problematic.

8

Allah Prays?

Surah 33:56 says 'Allah and his angels pray (yusalluna) on the Prophet'.

The Proof:

The word 'Salah' means worship or supplication. While translators change it to 'bless', the idea that God performs Salah 'upon' a human is problematic. Who does Allah pray to? In contrast, the God of the Bible swears by Himself because there is no one higher (Hebrews 6:13).

9

Black Magic on Prophet

Sahih Bukhari 5763 states Muhammad was bewitched.

The Proof:

Aisha narrated that magic was worked on Muhammad so that he began to imagine that he had done a thing which he had not done. If a prophet can be influenced by Satanic magic, how can we trust his revelation was not also influenced? Contrast with Jesus who cast out demons and was never under their power (Luke 11:20).

10

Does Allah Forget?

Contradictory verses on whether Allah forgets.

The Proof:

Surah 9:67 says "They forgot Allah, so He forgot them." Yet Surah 20:52 says "My Lord does not err or forget." Forgetting is a limitation. If Allah acts in revenge by "forgetting" people, he is subject to reaction and change. The Bible calls God unchanging (Malachi 3:6 "I the Lord do not change").

11

Allah the Deceiver

Surah 3:54 calls Allah 'Khayru-l-makirin' (The Best of Deceivers).

The Proof:

In Arabic, 'makr' implies deception or scheming. The Bible calls Satan the deceiver. A God of Truth should not pride himself on being the best at deception. See Titus 1:2 ("God, who cannot lie").

12

No Assurance of Heaven

Muhammad did not know what would happen to him (Surah 46:9).

The Proof:

Unlike Christianity where salvation is assured by faith (1 John 5:13), Muhammad himself said 'By Allah, though I am the Apostle of Allah, yet I do not know what Allah will do to me.' (Bukhari 3929). Millions of Muslims follow a man who didn't know his own destiny.

13

Muhammad's Sins

Surah 47:19 commands Muhammad: 'Ask forgiveness for your sin'.

The Proof:

Muslims claim Prophets are sinless (Ismah), but the Quran commands Muhammad to repent for his 'Dhanb' (Sin). Jesus, in contrast, was sinless: 2 Corinthians 5:21.

14

Apostasy Law

Muhammad said: 'Whoever changes his religion, kill him.'

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 6922 confirms the death penalty for leaving Islam. This force violates 'No compulsion in religion' (2:256 - often considered abrogated). God's kingdom is "Whosoever will" (Revelation 22:17).

15

Sex with Captives

Surah 4:24 permits sex with female captives (Ma Malakat Aymanukum).

The Proof:

The Quran allows sex with "those your right hands possess" even if married. This explicitly allows rape/sex-slavery in warfare.

16

Wife Beating Verse

Surah 4:34 instructs men to "beat" (daraba) disobedient wives.

The Proof:

Surah 4:34: "...forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them." Hadith (Abu Dawud 2146) confirms this means physical punishment. While some apologists refer to using a "toothbrush" (miswak), the earliest commentaries allow physical striking. Contrast with Ephesians 5:25 ("Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church").

17

Marriage to Aisha

Muhammad married Aisha at 6 and consummated at 9.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 5134: "The Prophet... had sex to complete his marriage when I was nine." Aisha narrated that she was playing with dolls when he came to her (Bukhari 6130). This questions the moral example of the "Perfect Man" for all times.

18

Banu Qurayza Massacre

Muhammad ordered the beheading of 600-900 Jewish men and boys.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3043. Trenches were dug and surrendered prisoners were beheaded in batches. This contradicts the "Mercy to Worlds" claim.

19

Safiyya bint Huyayy

Muhammad married Safiyya right after killing her father and husband.

The Proof:

He killed her family at Khaybar, then took her for himself, having sex using her to complete the marriage on the way back. This shows a lack of empathy.

20

Zaynab & Adoption

Surah 33:37 accounts for Muhammad marrying his adopted son's wife.

The Proof:

Muhammad desired Zaynab, wife of Zayd. A verse was revealed canceling adoption so he could marry her. This served personal desire, not moral good.

21

Torture of Kinana

Muhammad authorized torture/fire on a man's chest to find treasure.

The Proof:

At Khaybar, he ordered Zubayr to torture Kinana to reveal gold. Fire was lit on his chest. This breaks the law against torture.

22

Killing Poets

Muhammad ordered the killing of poets like Asma bint Marwan for criticisms.

The Proof:

Ibn Ishaq records he asked "Who will rid me of Marwan's daughter?" She was killed while nursing a child. He could not handle criticism peacefully.

23

Oum Qirfa

An elderly woman torn apart by camels.

The Proof:

Ibn Ishaq records Oum Qirfa was executed by tying her legs to two camels and driving them apart. Done by Zayd, Muhammad's general.

24

Temporary Marriage

Muhammad allowed Pleasure Marriage (Mut'ah) - temporary marriage for sex.

The Proof:

Sahih Muslim 3243 confirms Mut'ah was allowed for a time. Essentially, this legalized prostitution.

25

Adult Breastfeeding

Sahih Muslim 1453 records Muhammad commanding an adult man to be breastfed by a woman to establish a familial bond.

The Proof:

In Sahih Muslim 1453, Aisha reports the Prophet told a woman to "Breastfeed [a grown man]" to make him Mahram (family). She asked "How... while he is a man?" He said "I know." She breastfed him five times. This is morally wrong and makes no sense.

26

Transfer of Sins

Muslims' sins are transferred to Jews and Christians on Judgment Day.

The Proof:

Sahih Muslim 2767: "On the Day of Resurrection... Allah would say: Throw him into Fire"... and Muhammad explained that the sins of Muslims would be placed on Jews and Christians. This blaming of others is unjust. In Christianity, the sinless Christ takes the blame (2 Corinthians 5:21), not innocent third parties.

27

License to Sin

Jihad offers paradise regardless of sin history.

The Proof:

Critiques of Christian grace often claim it encourages sin. Yet, Islamic Jihad offers "Instant Paradise" even for a sinner, which gives total permission. Christian grace transforms the heart to hate sin. See Romans 6:1 ("Shall we go on sinning...? By no means!").

28

Works vs Grace

Salvation is by scales, not grace.

The Proof:

Surah 23:102: 'Those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] are the successful.' This burden of performance contrasts with the freedom of Grace in Christ: "For it is by grace you have been saved" (Ephesians 2:8).

29

Bearing Burdens Paradox

The Quran says no bearer of burdens shall bear another, but also they will bear burdens of those they misled.

The Proof:

Surah 6:164 states "no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," which is used to deny Atonement. However, Surah 16:25 says they will "bear ... [also] of the burdens of those whom they misled." If one can bear the sin-burden of another (for misleading them), the rule is not always true. This allows for the possibility of Vicarious Atonement where a sinless one bears burdens. See 1 Peter 2:24.

30

The Eternal Word Paradox

If the Quran is Uncreated but becomes a physical book, why can't Jesus be Divine but become flesh?

The Proof:

Islamic theology claims the Quran is the Eternal Speech of God, yet it has a physical form (ink/paper) that can be burned. If God's Word can have two natures (Eternal/Physical) without contradiction, then the Christian claim that Jesus (The Word) has two natures (Divine/Human) is logical.

31

Trinity Confusion

Surah 5:116 suggests the Trinity is Allah, Jesus, and Mary.

The Proof:

Allah asks if Jesus told people to take him "and my mother" as deities. Christians do not worship Mary as part of the Trinity. The Quran mistakes the false belief of the Collyridians (who worshipped Mary) for mainstream Christianity. See Matthew 28:19 for the biblical Trinity.

32

Denial of Crucifixion

Surah 4:157 denies Jesus was crucified. History confirms he was.

The Proof:

Surah 4:157: "They did not kill him... but [another] was made to resemble him." Tacitus, Josephus, and the Gospels confirm Pilate crucified Jesus. See Mark 15:37.

33

Mary, Sister of Aaron?

Surah 19:28 calls Mary "Sister of Aaron", confusing her with Miriam (Moses' sister).

The Proof:

Mary (1st Century) is called "Sister of Aaron" and "Daughter of Imran" (Amram). Amram was the father of Aaron and Miriam (1400 BC). The Quran confuses the two Marys separated by 1400 years. See Numbers 26:59 regarding the true lineage of Miriam.

34

Sun Setting in Mud

Surah 18:86 describes the sun setting into a black, muddy spring.

The Proof:

Surah 18:86: "...he found it [the sun] setting in a spring of dark mud." In Sunan Abu Dawud 4002, Muhammad explicitly tells Abu Dharr: "It sets in a spring of warm water."

Further confirming this earth-centered error, in Sahih Bukhari 3199, Muhammad asks Abu Dharr: "Do you know where the sun goes (at sunset)?" He then explains: "It goes and prostrates beneath the Throne." This confirms Muhammad believed the sun physically moves away to a location, rather than the earth rotating.

This confirms the Quran describes a real flat-earth cosmology. Contrast with the Bible's description of the "circle of the earth" in Isaiah 40:22.

35

Moon Split

Surah 54:1 claims the moon split. No global historical record exists.

The Proof:

Bukhari 3636 describes the moon separating. However, the Quran itself (54:1) says "The Hour has come near, and the moon has split," suggesting a sign of the End Times. Yet, Hadith turns it into a historical event witnessed only in Mecca, nowhere else in the written history of the world.

36

Sperm Origin

Surah 86:6-7 claims fluid issues from between the backbone and the ribs.

The Proof:

The Quran says fluid emerges "from between the backbone and the ribs" (Surah 86:7). Medically, sperm is produced in the testes and semen in the seminal vesicles/prostate/bulbourethral glands, nowhere near the chest area. This reflects ancient errors.

37

Bones before Flesh

Surah 23:14 claims the fetus develops bones first, then is clothed with flesh. Science shows they develop simultaneously.

The Proof:

Surah 23:14: "...then We made the lump bones, and We covered the bones with flesh..." This mirrors Galen's error.

Modern embryology shows muscles and bones grow at the same time from the body tissue. There is no skeleton waiting to be clothed.

38

Sky as a Ceiling

Surah 21:32 calls the sky a "protected ceiling" claiming it can fall (22:65).

The Proof:

The Quran views the sky as a solid object (roof/dome) that can fall in pieces (34:9). This is geocentric mythology, not atmospheric science.

39

Seven Earths

Surah 65:12 mentions seven earths. Hadith describes them as stacked layers.

The Proof:

Surah 65:12 and Sahih Bukhari 2453 ("sunk through seven earths"). Early Tafsir describes flat layers. There are no 7 physical earths or layers in geology fitting this description.

40

Stars as Missiles

Surah 67:5 describes stars (lamps) as missiles to drive away eavesdropping demons.

The Proof:

Surah 67:5: "We have... made [stars] what is thrown at the devils." Surah 37:6-10 further describes them as "burning flames" used to guard against rebellious devils. This confuses massive stars with meteors and enforces a superstitious view that shooting stars are weapons against Jinn to drive away demons who are spying.

41

Sana'a Manuscripts

Ancient manuscripts found in Yemen show text written over washed-off text (palimpsests) with significant variations.

The Proof:

The Sana'a Palimpsest (DAM 01-27.1) shows a lower layer of text differing from the standard Uthmanic text in words and verse arrangements. Dr. Gerd Puin, who studied them, stated they demonstrate the Quran has a history of changes to the text, contradicting the "preserved tablet" narrative.

(Palimpsest means recycled pages).

42

Ibn Masud's Codex

Abdullah bin Masud, one of the four best teachers of the Quran identified by Muhammad, refused to destroy his version. It lacked Surah 1, 113, and 114.

The Proof:

Muhammad said "Learn the recitation from four: Abdullah bin Masud..." (Bukhari 3758). Yet, Ibn Masud's codex differed from Uthman's. He considered Surahs 1, 113, and 114 as prayers, not Quran.

He told people to hide their mushafs from Uthman. This undermines the narrative of absolute agreement.

43

Ubayy Bin Ka'b's Extra Surahs

Ubayy Bin Ka'b, another master reciter, had 116 Surahs, adding Surah al-Hafd and Surah al-Khal.

The Proof:

Ubayy bin Ka'b included two extra Surahs: Surah Al-Hafd and Surah Al-Khal (Qunut verses). These are not in the standard Quran today.

The existence of variant codices among the most learned companions proves definitions of "Quran" were not fixed until Uthman enforced one version.

44

The Seven Ahruf

Muhammad said the Quran was revealed in seven modes. Uthman destroyed most. Scholars don't know what they were.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 4992: Muhammad approved different recitations. Uthman standardized one and burned the rest, implying loss of 6/7ths of revelation.

Suyuti listed 40 opinions on what "Ahruf" means, proving the knowledge of the original revelation's nature is lost.

45

Comparison of Preservation

The Bible was not standardized by burning variants.

The Proof:

Unlike Uthman's burning of rival Qurans, the New Testament spread naturally across widely separated nations. No central authority controlled or destroyed manuscripts. This free transmission provides a strong historical check than a government-enforced text.

46

Alexander the Great

Surah 18 depicts Alexander (Dhul-Qarnayn) as a monotheist. He was pagan.

The Proof:

Tafsir identifies Dhul-Qarnayn as Alexander. The Quran calls him a believer. Historical Alexander claimed to be the son of Zeus-Ammon and died a believer in many gods.

47

Haman in Egypt

The Quran places Haman (Persian official) in Pharaoh's court (Egypt).

The Proof:

Surah 28:38 asks Haman to build a tower. Haman is from the Book of Esther (Persia, 480 BC). See Esther 3:1. The Quran moves a villain 1000 years and a continent away.

48

Jesus' Cradle Speech

Surah 19:29 depicts infant Jesus speaking. Copied from apocrypha.

The Proof:

The story of infant Jesus defending Mary is found in the Arabic Infancy Gospel (6th Century) and the Gospel of Pseudo-Matthew. It is an old myth, not divine history. Biblical Jesus' first recorded words were at age 12 (Luke 2:49).

49

Clay Birds

Surah 3:49 has Jesus breathing life into clay birds. Copied from Thomas.

The Proof:

This story is a Gnostic legend from the Infancy Gospel of Thomas, known for its imaginary story of Jesus. It is not in the canonical Gospels.

50

Seven Sleepers

Surah 18 retells the Christian legend of Ephesus.

The Proof:

The story of youths sleeping in a cave for 300 years is a well-known Christian fable (Seven Sleepers of Ephesus) from the 5th century. The Quran treats it as fact, even debating the number of sleepers.

51

The Samaritan

Surah 20:85 blames a "Samaritan" for the Golden Calf. Samaritans didn't exist yet.

The Proof:

The city of Samaria was founded c. 870 BC (1 Kings 16:24). The Exodus was c. 1400 BC. The Assyrians settled Samaritans there in the 8th Century BC (~722 BC). This is a profound error in time of nearly 700 years.

52

Talmud Plagiarism

Surah 5:32 (Saving one life) copies the Jewish Talmud.

The Proof:

Surah 5:32 quotes the Mishnah Sanhedrin 4:5 almost word for word, but claims 'We decreed upon the Children of Israel'. The Mishnah is a Jewish teachers' explanation (man-made), not divine scripture. The Quran mistakenly credits this saying to Allah's direct decree.

53

Cain and Abel Raven

The raven teaching burial is from Jewish folklore.

The Proof:

Surah 5:31 has a raven scratching the ground. This mirrors the Pirke De-Rabbi Eliezer (Chapter 21), a Jewish collection of legends. The Quran cites this fable as a historical event involving Adam's sons.

54

Al-Khidr Myth

Moses and the servant (Surah 18) parallels Alexander Romance.

The Proof:

The story of the fish coming to life and the wise man (Khidr) mirrors legends of Alexander the Great and his cook found in the Alexander Romance (Pseudo-Callisthenes), a fictional text from the 3rd century. The Quran mistakes fiction for Moses' history.

55

Violent Trajectory

Meccan verses are peaceful; Medinan verses are violent.

The Proof:

Islam started peaceful when weak (Mecca) and became violent when strong (Medina). This 'Abrogation' means the peaceful Islam is the canceled version. Christianity moved from a national theocracy (OT) to a spiritual kingdom of peace.

56

Dhimmi Status

Surah 9:29 commands subjection of Jews/Christians.

The Proof:

Non-Muslims must pay Jizya 'while they are humbled' (Saghiroon). Historically, this was written as law in the Pact of Umar, forbidding Dhimmis from building churches, riding horses, or displaying crosses, making them lower-class citizens forever (control over Jews/Christians). Contrast with Christian liberty: Galatians 5:1.

57

Spread by Sword

Historical conquests match specific commands.

The Proof:

The map of Islam today corresponds to the military conquests of the Umayyads and Ottomans (e.g., Battle of Yarmouk, Conquest of Persia). Surah 9:29 explicitly commands fighting People of the Book until they pay tribute. Jesus said: "My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight" (John 18:36).

58

Greeting Non-Muslims

Do not initiate greetings; force them to the narrowest path.

The Proof:

Sahih Muslim 2167: 'Do not start greetings with the Jews and the Christians... force him to the narrowest part of it.' Contrast with Romans 12:18 ("If it is possible... live at peace with everyone").

59

No Golden Rule

Brotherhood is often limited to believers.

The Proof:

The Quran says 'The believers are but brothers' (49:10). It calls unbelievers 'Najis' (unclean - 9:28). This divides humanity rather than uniting it. Jesus said "Love your neighbor as yourself" without exception (Mark 12:31).

60

Zakat Discrimination

Zakat is generally only given to Muslim poor.

The Proof:

Institutional charity in Islam is often restricted to the Ummah. Non-Muslims pay Jizya but are often excluded from Zakat benefits. Contrast with Luke 10:33 (The Good Samaritan showing mercy to a foreigner).

61

Women's Intelligence

Muhammad called women deficient in intelligence.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 304: Muhammad told women their testimony is half of a man's because of the 'deficiency of her mind'. This lowers the value of the creation of God. Contrast with Galatians 3:28 ("There is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus").

62

Women in Hell

The majority of Hell inhabitants are women.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3241: Muhammad looked into Hell and saw the majority were women. Why? Because they are ungrateful to their husbands. This makes salvation dependent on serving men.

63

Prayer Annulled by Dog/Woman

Prayer is cut off by a donkey, woman, or black dog.

The Proof:

Sahih Muslim 511 equates women with animals (dogs/donkeys) in terms of their ability to cancel a man's prayer by passing in front. Aisha complained: 'You have made us equal to the dogs and the donkeys.'

64

Bad Omens

Bad omens are in three things: The horse, the woman, and the house.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 5093 list women alongside animals and property as sources of bad luck. This is woman-hating superstition.

65

Wives Privilege

Muhammad allowed unlimited wives; believers limited to 4.

The Proof:

Surah 33:50: '...a privilege for you only, not for the (rest of) believers.' A revelation serving the leader's sexual desire makes us question its divine origin.

66

Concept of Love

Allah does not love sinners (2:276).

The Proof:

The Quran says 'Allah does not love the disbelievers/transgressors'. Contrast with Romans 5:8 ("God demonstrates his love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us").

67

No Fatherhood

Islam denies God is Father.

The Proof:

Calling God 'Father' is Shirk (partners). This denies the close relationship Jesus taught: 'Abba, Father' (Romans 8:15). Islam offers a Master/Slave relationship; Christ offers a Father/Child relationship.

68

No Miracles

Surah 17:59 admits Muhammad was not given miracles.

The Proof:

The Quran apologizes for the lack of visual miracles, unlike Moses or Jesus. The 'scientific miracles' claimed today are modern reinterpretations, not historical events witnessed by Quraish. Jesus' miracles were undeniable (Acts 2:22).

69

Holy Spirit Gabriel

The Holy Spirit is just an angel.

The Proof:

Surah 16:102 says the Holy Spirit is Gabriel. This reduces the Third Person of the Trinity to a created being. The Bible says the Holy Spirit searches the deep things of God (1 Corinthians 2:10).

70

Fatalism in Islam

Surah 14:4 says Allah sends astray whom He wills.

The Proof:

Islam teaches Qadar (Pre-destination) where Allah clearly 'leads astray' some people and 'guides' others. If God causes someone to sin/disbelieve, punishing them with eternal hell is unjust. Contrast with 2 Peter 3:9 ("He is... not wanting anyone to perish").

71

Circular Reasoning

The proof of the Quran is the Quran.

The Proof:

How do we know Muhammad is a prophet? The Quran says so. How do we know the Quran is true? Muhammad said so. This is circular. Jesus offered external witness: The Father and Works (John 5:36).

72

Context Dependency

Quran is unintelligible without Hadith.

The Proof:

The 'Clear Book' (Kitab Mubeen) depends entirely on oral traditions written 200 years later to explain context, cancellations, and meanings. It has weak historical evidence compared to the Bible's manuscript tradition.

73

Grammatical Errors

Early scholars admitted grammatical mistakes in Uthman's codex.

The Proof:

The Quran contains grammatical mistakes like Surah 20:63 'Inna Hadhan' instead of 'Hadhayn'. Aisha reportedly said 'It is a mistake from the scribes'. Only a human book has mistakes.

74

Foreign Words

Quran claims to be 'Clear Arabic', yet has foreign words.

The Proof:

Standard Arabic dictionaries identify words like Taurat, Injil, Zakat, Taghut, Fir'awn as borrowed from other languages. It contradicts its own claim of being a 'Arabic Quran, without any crookedness' (39:28).

75

Incoherent Chronology

The Quran is not chronological/linear.

The Proof:

The Quran is a collection of speeches arranged by length, not timeline. It lacks the clear story connection of the Bible, making it confusing without external commentary (Tafsir). God is a God of order, not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33).

76

Diacritical Variations

Original Arabic lacked dots/vowels. Later additions changed meanings (e.g., Qatala vs Qutilla).

The Proof:

The earliest Kufic scripts lacked dots. Depending on dot placement, words change. Surah 3:146 reads "Fought" (Hafs) or "Was Killed" (Warsh).

These define different subjects/actions. There is no single "Quran" but a family of variant texts (Qira'at).

77

Vague Prophecies

Surah 30:2 (Romans defeated) is ambiguous.

The Proof:

The word 'Ghulibat' (defeated) can be read 'Ghalabat' (victorious) due to lack of vowels. The prediction is unclear. Biblical prophecy is specific (e.g., Psalm 22 details of crucifixion).

78

Language Barrier

Quran only 'miraculous' in Arabic.

The Proof:

God revealing his final message in a language difficult to translate implies he is the God of Arabs, not the world. The Bible's message translates universally because it relies on truth, not the sound of poetry. See Revelation 7:9 (Every nation, tribe, people and language).

79

Surah Challenge

Produce a chapter like it. Subjective proof.

The Proof:

Surah 2:23 challenges doubters to write a Surah like it. Who judges? Muslims automatically reject anything else. It's a circular test based on opinion. Truth is proven by prophecy and consistency, not poetry.

80

72 Virgins

Martyrs get 72 wives with wide eyes.

The Proof:

Tirmidhi 1663 and Surah 56:36 promise sexual rewards in heaven, including perpetually virgins (Houris). Al-Tirmidhi 2562 describes the martyr being "married to seventy-two wives along with Al-Huril-Ayn." In contrast, Jesus taught that in the resurrection, people are like angels and do not marry (Matthew 22:30).

81

Wine in Heaven

Alcohol forbidden on earth, rivers of it in heaven.

The Proof:

Surah 47:15 promises rivers of wine. If alcohol is an 'abomination of Satan's handiwork' (5:90), why is it the reward in Paradise? It suggests morality is arbitrary, not based on God's unchanging nature.

82

Jesus as Word

Surah 4:171 calls Jesus 'His Word' and 'Spirit from Him'.

The Proof:

These titles affirm the Divinity of Christ, though the Quran denies it elsewhere. Christian theology explains how Jesus is the Word Made Flesh (John 1:14).

83

Resonance Analogy

Science offers models for 3-in-1 existence (Resonance Structures).

The Proof:

In chemistry, resonance structures describe a molecule that exists in multiple valid forms simultaneously. If the physical world supports such complexity, it is reasonable that the Creator's nature is complex (Trinity) rather than a simple unit. Only a complex God can be Love before creation.

84

The Shopkeeper Analogy

Atonement is like a father paying his son's debt.

The Proof:

Muslims call Atonement "unfair." But if a shopkeeper's son breaks a window, the father paying for it is not unfair; it is love. Jesus paying our debt is God taking responsibility for His creation. See Philemon 1:18.

85

Allah the Great Misleader

Allah describes Himself as a Deceiver.

The Proof:

Surah 8:30 calls Allah "Khayrul-Makirin" (Best of Deceivers/Schemers). A God who actively plots or deceives cannot be the source of absolute moral truth. In the Bible, God is Light and Truth (James 1:17).

86

Satan on the Throne

Islamic sources suggest vulnerability in Allah's dominion.

The Proof:

Some interpretations of the "Jasad" (body) on Solomon's throne (Surah 38:34) identify it as a demon/Satan. If Satan can occupy a throne of authority associated with God's prophets, it implies a lack of divine protection.

87

Abu Lahab Curse

Surah 111 curses Muhammad's uncle.

The Proof:

An entire chapter of the eternal word of God is dedicated to cursing one angry uncle. It holds no moral value for humanity. Contrast with Jesus: "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" (Matthew 5:44).

88

Guests Annoying

A revelation telling guests to leave.

The Proof:

Surah 33:53: '...when you have eaten, disperse without seeking prologue conversation. Indeed that was troubling the Prophet.' The Creator of the Universe sends Gabriel to tell dinner guests to leave?

89

Moon God Roots

Crescent moon symbol and lunar calendar.

The Proof:

While Muslims deny worshiping the moon, the symbols (Crescent) and dates (Ramadan moon sighting) come from ancient Arabian lunar cults. God is Creator of lights, not defined by them (Genesis 1:16).

90

Stoning Devil

Throwing stones at pillars in Hajj is pagan.

The Proof:

The Jamarat ritual (stoning Satan pillars) preserves pre-Islamic pagan superstition. Can one hurt a spiritual being (Satan) with physical rocks?

91

Black Stone Idol

Kissing the Black Stone (Kaaba) is idolatry.

The Proof:

Muslims kiss a rock that fell from heaven. Umar said he only did it because Muhammad did. It is a remnant of worshiping rocks. See God's command against idols: Exodus 20:4.

92

Safa and Marwa

Running between hills was a pagan ritual.

The Proof:

Surah 2:158 sanctions the pagan run between Safa and Marwa (originally housing idols Isaf and Na'ila). Muhammad retained this pagan ritual, claiming it for Allah.

93

Fasting Ashura

Copied from Jewish Yom Kippur.

The Proof:

Muhammad arrived in Medina, saw Jews fasting Ashura (10th of month), and ordered Muslims to do it too. This shows the copied nature of Islamic rituals.

94

Qibla Change

Muhammad prayed to Jerusalem until Jews rejected him.

The Proof:

Surah 2:144 changes direction to Mecca. It looks like a political move: pleasing Jews first, then switching to Arab nationalism when rejected. God does not change direction based on politics.

95

Jinn Mythology

Smokeless fire beings influence human life.

The Proof:

The belief in Jinn (Genies) is core. They eat dung and bones (Muslim 450). It's Arab folklore made into religion. The Bible forbids focusing on myths (1 Timothy 1:4).

96

Hatred of Dogs

Muhammad ordered the killing of dogs and said angels don't enter homes with them.

The Proof:

Sahih Muslim 1572 records the command to kill dogs. Bukhari 3322 says angels do not enter a house with a dog. This makes dogs seem evil based on superstition. God cares for animals (Proverbs 12:10).

97

Camel Urine Medicine

Muhammad prescribed drinking camel urine.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 5686: Some people came to Medina and got sick. Muhammad ordered them to drink camel milk and urine. Despite modern science identifying camel urine as a source of diseases (like MERS-CoV), this Hadith classifies it as medicine, leading to dangerous folk remedies.

98

Fly in the Drink

Dip the fly entirely, for one wing has the disease, the other the cure.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3320: If a fly falls in your drink, dip it in. Muhammad claimed "in one of its wings is a disease and in the other is the cure." Microbiologically, flies transmit bacteria (E. coli, Salmonella); they do not carry cures. It encourages unsanitary behavior.

99

Stoning Monkeys

Monkeys stoning an adulterous monkey.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3849: 'I saw a monkey... and other monkeys gathered and stoned it.' (Narrated by Amr bin Maimun). This suggests animals are subject to moral laws and punishments (Like adultery), which is biologically and theologically ridiculous. It reads like a fable.

100

Satan Urinating in Ears

Oversleeping prayer means Satan urinated in your ear.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 1144: Muhammad said of a man who slept through prayer: 'Satan urinated in his ear.' This gives human qualities to Satan with biological functions (urination) to explain natural human sleep habits, lacking spiritual seriousness.

101

Satan in the Nose

Satan spends the night in the upper part of the nose.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3295: 'Clean your nose... for Satan spends the night in the upper part of the nose.' Superstition regulating hygiene.

102

Yawning from Satan

Yawning is from Satan; suppressing it stops him from laughing.

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 6226: 'Yawning is from Satan.' Natural body actions are attributed to demons.

103

Poisoned Prophet

Muhammad died complaining of poison from Khaybar.

The Proof:

A Jewish woman poisoned his lamb. He ate it. On his deathbed, he claimed the poison was cutting his aorta (Bukhari 4428). Muhammad said, "I still feel the pain... now it is cutting my aorta." Compare with Surah 69:44-46: "If he [Muhammad] were to invent any sayings... We would certainly cut his aorta." This is a great irony.

104

Everything in Pairs

Surah 51:49 claims all things are created in pairs. This ignores asexual reproduction.

The Proof:

Many organisms (bacteria, fungi, certain lizards) reproduce without sex. They do not have pairs/mates. The claim "all things" is scientifically false.

105

Pharaoh's Tower

Surah 28:38 has Pharaoh building a Tower of Babel-like structure.

The Proof:

This mixes up the Genesis 11 Tower of Babel story with Pharaoh. Pharaohs built pyramids/temples, not towers to fight God in the sky. See Genesis 11:4.

106

Gender Determination

Muhammad claimed a child resembles the parent whose fluid is "discharged first".

The Proof:

Sahih Bukhari 3329: Muhammad says if a man discharges first, it's a boy; if a woman, it's a girl. Genetics proves gender is decided by X/Y chromosomes in sperm, not release timing.

107

Salt/Fresh Water Barrier

Surah 25:53 claims a barrier prevents fresh and salt water from mixing.

The Proof:

The Quran claims a "complete partition" prevents mixing. Estuaries exist purely because they mix. Ancient sailors likely misunderstood the visible mixing lines.

108

Christians Worship Mary?

Surah 5:116 implies Christians worship Mary as a God.

The Proof:

Mainstream Christianity has never included Mary in the Trinity. The Quran critiques a heresy that didn't represent the actual faith.

109

Solomon and Ants

Solomon talking to ants (27:18) is Jewish Legend.

The Proof:

The story of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba (lifting her dress for glass floor) matches the Jewish writing Targum Sheni of Esther, a Jewish collection of myths. It is not found in the Bible's historical account (1 Kings 10).

110

Abraham in Fire

Abraham thrown in fire by Nimrod is a mistranslation.

The Proof:

Surah 21:68. A Jewish legend confused the word 'Ur' (City of Chaldees) with 'Or' (Fire). The Quran made this linguistic error as history. Genesis 15:7 confirms he came out of Ur (the city).

111

Divine Math Error

Surah 4:11-12 assigns inheritance shares that can add up to more than 100%.

The Proof:

In Surah 4:11-12, the Quran assigns specific shares: e.g., daughters (2/3), parents (1/6 each), and wife (1/8). In a case where a man dies leaving a wife, two parents, and two daughters, the sum is: 0.125 + 0.333 + 0.666 = 1.125. The total exceeds the estate. Humans had to invent a correction method ('Awl - reducing shares) to adjust God's error. God is perfect in mathematics; this error suggests human authorship.

112

The Missing Wall

Surah 18:96 claims a massive iron/copper wall exists on earth. It is nowhere to be found.

The Proof:

Surah 18:96-97 describes Dhul-Qarnayn building a barrier of iron and molten copper between two mountains to imprison Gog and Magog, stating they could not scale it or pierce it. With modern satellite imagery mapping every inch of the globe, this massive metallic wall cannot be seen. It is a myth that is treated as a real place.

113

Mountains Prevent Earthquakes?

Surah 16:15 claims mountains act as pegs to prevent the earth from shaking.

The Proof:

Surah 16:15 states: "And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it shift with you." Scientifically, mountains are the result of tectonic plates shifting and colliding, not anchors preventing it. Regions with major mountain ranges (Himalayas, Andes) have the most earthquakes, not the least.

114

Suicidal Prophet

Sahih Bukhari 6982 records Muhammad repeatedly trying to throw himself off mountain tops.

The Proof:

When revelation paused (Fatrah al-Wahy), Muhammad became so sad that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains. Whenever he reached the summit, Gabriel would appear to stop him (Sahih Bukhari 6982). Contrast this instability with the "Peace of God which transcends all understanding" (Philippians 4:7).

115

Ezra, Son of God?

Surah 9:30 claims Jews believe Ezra (Uzair) is the Son of God.

The Proof:

The Quran claims: "The Jews say Ezra is the son of Allah." This is historically false. No Jewish sect has ever held this belief. It is a fabricated accusation to force a parallel with Christian belief in Jesus, creating a false argument against Judaism.

116

Creation Math Error

Surah 41:9-12 details creation days summing to 8, contradicting the 6 days stated elsewhere.

The Proof:

Surah 41:9-12 lists the creation process: 2 days (Earth) + 4 days (Sustenance/Mountains) + 2 days (Heavens) = 8 Days. However, Surah 7:54 and others clearly say creation took 6 Days. This is a direct internal mathematical contradiction.

117

Adam the Giant

Sahih Bukhari 3326 claims Adam was 60 cubits (approx. 90 feet) tall.

The Proof:

Muhammad said: "Allah created Adam, making him 60 cubits tall... People have been decreasing in stature since Adam's creation." (Bukhari 3326). Biologically, a 90-foot human is impossible (Laws of physics would cause bone failure and overheating). The fossil record shows no evidence of giant human ancestors.

118

The Thinking Heart

Surah 22:46 claims the heart is the organ of reason and understanding.

The Proof:

The Quran asks: "Have they hearts with which to reason?" (Surah 22:46) and mentions "hearts with which they do not understand" (7:179). Ancient medicine believed the heart was the place of thought. Modern science proves thinking happens in the brain. The Quran follows the ancient error.

119

Child Divorce Rules

Surah 65:4 establishes divorce rules for wives who "have not yet menstruated" (pre-pubescent).

The Proof:

In outlining the waiting period (Iddah) for divorce, the Quran includes "those who have not yet menstruated." This clearly assumes that it is legal to be married to (and divorce) girls who are too young to menstruate, making child marriage legal.

120

Impossible Fasting

Fasting is timed from dawn to sunset, which is impossible in Polar regions.

The Proof:

Surah 2:187 commands fasting from the "white thread of dawn" until night. In the Arctic/Antarctic circles, the sun may not set or rise for months. A following this rule exactly of this "universal" law would result in death by starvation in these regions, revealing the religion's geographic limitation to mid-latitudes.

121

Crucifixion Anachronism

Surah 7:124 depicts Pharaoh threatening crucifixion 1000 years before it was invented.

The Proof:

Pharaoh threatens his magicians: "I will surely crucify you on the trunks of palm trees." Historians agree crucifixion was a Persian/Roman invention (c. 6th Century BC). The Exodus (c. 1446 BC) happened before this by nearly a millennium. Egyptians impaled victims, they did not crucify.

122

The Divine Trap

If Allah made it "look" like Jesus died (4:157), He successfully deceived the world into "false" belief.

The Proof:

By substituting Jesus/making it appear so, Allah tricked the disciples and the world into believing Jesus died and rose (Christianity). If Christianity is false, Allah is the main creator of that falsehood by providing the "visible evidence" of it. This makes God a Deceiver.

123

Solomon's Corpse

Surah 34:14 claims Solomon died standing on his staff for a year until a termite ate it.

The Proof:

The verse says nobody knew Solomon was dead until a "creature of the earth" ate his staff and he fell. Suggesting a corpse stood balancing on a stick for an entire year (termite speed) without rotting, smelling, or falling over is physically impossible and mythical.

124

Talking Beast

Surah 27:82 claims a literal Beast will emerge from the earth and speak to people.

The Proof:

"We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them." This is an End Times sign, but described as a literal animal speaking human language. This falls into the category of mythology/fables rather than reality.

125

Zikr and Peace of Heart

Why is it said that peace is found only through Zikr?

Critique:

Repeating the same words over and over (like a mantra) may create a hypnotic effect, but true spiritual peace comes from a conscious relationship with God, not mechanical repetition.

126

Foreign Words in the Quran

Why do foreign words exist in the Quran if it claims to be pure Arabic?

Analysis:

Words like Firdaus (Paradise), Sirat (Path), and Iblis (Devil) are not Arabic. This proves that the Quran is a mixture of languages from that era, not a pure Arabic revelation as claimed in 16:103.

127

Sun and Moon Chasing

The Quran says the sun follows the moon and the moon follows the sun (91:1-2).

Fact:

The moon and sun move in completely different orbits and do not chase each other. This is a clear astronomical error reflecting ancient geocentric views.

128

Tawhid and Love

Does Islam's concept of Tawhid leave God without love?

Theology:

In the Trinity, God has been love from eternity because the Three Persons (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) loved one another. In Islam, who did God love before creation? Love is not possible in solitude.

129

Muhammad's Succession

Why didn't Muhammad leave a clear successor?

Critique:

Leaving a political vacuum that dragged his closest companions into chaos and civil war (Shia-Sunni split) was a major leadership failure, resulting in centuries of bloodshed.

130

The Market in Paradise

Hadith says there is a market in Paradise where people's beauty increases every Friday.

Observation:

Depicting spiritual life as so materialistic and focused on physical beauty (Sahih Muslim 2833) is shallow compared to the biblical promise of seeing God's face.

131

Nakedness on Judgment Day

Hadith says people will be gathered naked and uncircumcised on Judgment Day.

Question:

Presenting the physical body in this way (Bukhari 6527) paints a picture of shame rather than spiritual glory or the judgment of the soul.

132

The Sirat Bridge

Where did the idea of a bridge thinner than a hair come from?

Origin:

This idea of the Sirat bridge is taken directly from the ancient Persian religion of Zoroastrianism (Chinvat Bridge). It entered Islam through cultural osmosis, not divine revelation.

133

Uncertainty of Intercession

Can Muhammad really intercede?

Contradiction:

Some Quran verses deny intercession while others condition it. Muhammad's statement "I cannot even save my daughter Fatimah" (Bukhari 2753) contradicts later claims. This leaves Muslims in fear.

134

The Future of Islam

Is Islam really the absolute truth?

Conclusion:

A system containing so many logical, scientific, and moral problems cannot be the "only truth". Seek the truth. Jesus said: "You will know the truth and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32).
